Pinnacle Systems has launched StreamGenie, a new portable web casting system for streaming live video programmes over the Internet.
Designed to leverage the emerging broadband infrastructure the system supports multiple live video cameras in real time, encoding AV content and applying video special effects, smooth transitions and titles as the media is web cast. Stereo audio is also encoded and monitored at the same time.
