Network publishing company Adobe Systems Inc has revealed the launch date for its Adobe Acrobat Distiller Server 5.0 software for Adobe PostScript to Adobe Portable Document Format file conversion.
The new product is a server-based solution for high-volume file conversion. Extra document security options, font and language support, administration tools and support for XML are also included.

Adobe Acrobat Distiller Server 5.0 has been scheduled to begin shipping by the end of January 2002. Two versions will be available, a 100 user variant for GBP3900 VAT and an unlimited user package for GBP11600 VAT.
