Wireless data networking technology company CommWorks has launched standards-based products that operate with Lucent Technologies' 3G packet data products.
The combination of products will enable mobile operators to provide an always-on mobile Internet connection to mobile devices. According to both companies all of the interoperable products comply with the CDMA2000 standard.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
