Palm Inc's Palm m105 handheld computer, an extension to the Palm m100 model, is now available in the US.
The new handheld device offers 8Mb of memory, four times the memory of the m100. It also comes with connectivity software to enable customers to use a compatible mobile phone to access the Internet and check e-mail.

Other features include 14 new colourful faceplates in addition to the original five colours launched with the Palm m100 handheld and an ability to add hardware accessories to the handheld such as Kodak's PalmPix camera and a collapsible keyboard with a full-size QWERTY key layout.
The Palm m105 handheld computer has an estimated US street price of GBP169. The product is expected to be available worldwide in mid March, supporting six languages - English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Japanese.
