The 56K Internal V.90 PCI-Lite Modem is a standard 56K modem that handles all of its processing through its software, making it less expensive than modems that process data through on-board chips, Actiontec says.
The modems include support for the PC operating systems DOS, Windows 3.x, Windows 95/98/Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Linux. They will be available in the UK from December.
