US-based Convergys Corp has introduced enhanced customer service and technical support programmes for e-service providers.

The programmes, which are available as stand-alone offerings or pre-integrated with Convergys' Catalys IP billing solution, are designed to provide an integrated view of a customer's contact history, including e-mail and phone contacts. When combined with Catalys the programmes also allow customer billing information to form part of the integrated view.

The new programmes have been especially tailored for e-service providers with over 250,000 customers. Availability and pricing were not disclosed.
