Online CRM solutions provider Salesforce.com has launched an Offline Edition of its CRM solution.
The new release enables users to transfer their customer information from its web-based CRM solution to a desktop 'briefcase'. Users can then work offline using the same interface and applications as the online service.
The Salesforce.com Offline Edition is sold as an upgrade to the Salesforce.com Professional Edition and costs an additional GBP17 per user per month.
