Macintosh developer Apple Computer Corp has cut the prices of two of its iMac models in the UK.

The iMac model that features a CD-RW will be reduced by GBP100 from GBP1,249 to GBP1,149. Similarly, the CD-RW/DVD-ROM version will be reduced by GBP50 from GBP1,399 to GBP1,349.

Apple reportedly raised unit prices in March 2002 by GBP100 due to increased LCD and DRAM prices.
