Contact centre solutions provider Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc, a subsidiary of Alcatel, has launched its Genesys Gplus Adapter for mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM).
Users of mySAP CRM will now have a method of integrating Genesys Suite 6, a suite of customer interaction management and multi-channel routing software for contact centres. Both solutions combined will accelerate implementation time and increase customer service agent productivity and efficiency while also improving the interaction experience for customers, according to the company.
