Service and business assurance software provider Micromuse Inc has launched the most recent version of its Netcool for Security Management solution.
Version 1.1 of the product is designed to provide consolidation, correlation, presentation and reporting for a number of security applications. These include VPNs, firewalls, antivirus programmes, authentication or authorisation mechanisms, intrusion detection systems and environmental or physical security applications, according to the company.
