ERP software provider Scala Business Solutions has integrated its iScala Collaborative ERP system with Microsoft Office 2003.

Scala claims that any of its customers can work in a Microsoft Office 2003 application and interact with information from the iScala application without having to log on to it. This, according to a Scala spokesperson, would enable the company's customers to adopt a 'one source' strategy when dealing with information access and use.

No pricing details were revealed.
