Predictive analytics provider SPSS has launched Amos 5.0, the new version of its structural equation modelling software package.

The latest release is capable of modelling complex dependencies among unobserved or hypothetical variables, providing more insight into the nature of selected relationships, according to the company. This would enable companies to model the impact of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty and use the results in their marketing strategy.

Amos 5.0 can run on Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

Pricing starts at USD999.
