CRM solutions provider Interface Software has released an upgrade to its InterAction for Lotus Notes synchronisation component.
According to the company, organisations are now able to tie individual users' Lotus Notes address books to InterAction's centralized CRM repository, using a fully automated, server-based synchronization process.

Interface Software also said that InterAction for Lotus Notes allows users to choose which contacts are shared with the central repository. The software reportedly also allows users to lock down individual fields, such as clients' home phone numbers.
