According to customer metrics released by Sandvine Ltd, a network equipment provider, its Attack Traffic Mitigation solution is reducing the amount of malicious traffic on broadband ISP networks.

Sandvine's network-based approach identifies and isolates all forms of suspect traffic, including spam trojans, and provides tools to cleanse the network, claims the company.

No financial details have been disclosed.
