Fujitsu Siemens Computers, a European IT provider, has announced it is to launch two new entry-level notebooks - the AMILO Pro V8120 and the LIFEBOOK C1410.
According to the company, the AMILO Pro V8210 is based on Intel Centrino Duo mobile technology and equipped with a 15.4-inch WXGA display. It offers four USB ports, Bluetooth and Wireless LAN, as well as a DVD burner.

The LIFEBOOK C1410 is available with either a 15-inch XGA or a 15.4-inch WXGA display. Apart from the standard connections, it features a serial and a parallel interface and a modular bay, which can be used for an optical drive or a supplementary rechargeable battery, the company claims.
Pricing of the AMILO Pro v8120 starts from GBP879 (ex VAT) and pricing of the LIFEBOOK C1410 starts from GBP849 (ex VAT).
