A new 1GB iPod nano music player has been introduced by computer company Apple Computer Inc, priced at USD149.

Apple said the new 1GB iPod nano, which is available immediately, is able to hold up to 240 songs or 15,000 photographs.

Apple has also reduced the price of its Shuffle music player, with the 512MB Shuffle available for USD69 in comparison to the previous USD99 price. In addition the 1GB Shuffle has been reduced from USD129 to USD99.
