A new range of eMachines desktop PCs has been introduced by computer company Gateway, intended to provide a value-priced PC with digital media, connectivity and performance, which will entertain and meet educational needs.

The eMachines T5230 Desktop PC features an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400 Processor (2.32GHz, 2 X 512MB L2 cache, 2000MHz FSB), NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE integrated graphics with up to 128MB shared video and 1024MB DDR2 memory expandable to 2GB. It also offers a 250GB SATA II 7200RPM Hard Drive, Multi-format, Dual-layer DVD /-R/RW Drive, 15-in-1 Digital Media Reader and Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, with a suggested retail price starting from USD449.99 following a USD50 mail-in rebate.

The eMachines T5062 Desktop PC offers an AMD Athlon 64 3800 Processor (2.4GHz, 512MB L2 cache, 2000MHz FSB), NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE integrated graphics with up to 128MB shared video and 1024MB DDR2 memory expandable to 2GB. It also includes a 160GB 7200RPM Hard Drive, Multi-format, Dual-layer DVD /-R/RW Drive, 15-in-1 Digital Media Reader and Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, with a suggested retail price starting from USD399.99 after a USD50 mail-in rebate.

The eMachines T3616 Desktop PC features an AMD Sempron 3600 processor (2.0GHz, 256KB L2 cache, 160MHz FSB), NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE integrated graphics with up to 128MB shared video and 512MB DDR2 Memory Expandable to 2GB. It also offers a 120GB 7200RPM Hard Drive, Multi-format, Dual-layer DVD /-R/RW Drive and Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic with a suggested retail price starting at USD349.99 after a USD50 mail-in rebate.
