The Dell Precision M6300 mobile workstation has been launched by computer company Dell Inc (Nasdaq:DELL), designed to enable professionals such as engineers, artists and developers to run business critical applications with desktop-level performance, while on the move.
Dell said the M6300 is designed for customers who want to run demanding professional applications, wherever they are working from, and includes up to date technologies including processors, OpenGL graphics, screen resolutions and memory.

The M6300 offers 64-bit Intel Core 2 Duo and Extreme Edition processors up to the X7900, 2.8GHz, combined with NVIDIA Quadro FX1600M OpenGL discrete graphics expected to improve performance up to 70% in graphics-intensive applications.
The computer also features a 17" WXGA , WUXGA anti-glare and optional TrueLife displays and Dual-Channel memory with 36-bit addressing, allowing use of all 4GB of system memory with a 64-bit OS. It provides 802.11n wireless support, high performance hard drives including solid state and encrypted and is designed to meet or exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star Standard 4.0.
