Toshiba Europe Storage Device Division (SDD), a hard disk drive (HDD) manufacturer, launched on Thursday (6 September) two 1.8" hard disk drives.
According to the company, the new MK1626GCB 160GB dual platter HDD and the MK8022GAA 80GB single platter HDD have been designed for use in highly portable, small form factor consumer electronics devices. Both drives operate at 3,600rpm, offering improved power consumption compared with conventional HDDs.
