Toshiba's Digital Products Division (DPD), a division of Toshiba America Information Systems Inc, announced on 15 July the release of its new Qosmio F55 laptop series with inbuilt GPS.
The laptop has a 15.4" widescreen TruBrite HD display driven by an NVIDIA Geforce 9700M GTS graphics cards. Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and supplied with a 320Gb HDD and a DVD drive, the F55 comes in several versions with some of the smaller versions lacking the inbuilt GPS.
Prices for the F55 start at USD1,399.
