Opera Software (OSE: OPERA), the Norwegian software company responsible for the well-known Opera Internet Browser, today announced the final public release of version 9.5 of the browser.

The browser, which runs on all popular OS platforms, has been translated into 30 languages and is released free-of-charge, has been given a cosmetic make-over with a new skin and several new visual elements.

Also part of the new release is Opera Link, a tool to synchronise bookmarks, Speed Dials and notes between two installations of Opera 9.5, or between Opera 9.5 and Opera Mini, the mobile version of the browser, allowing users to access the information while away from their main system.

Opera Software said that there have been significant improvements in speed and security both in the browser itself and the e-mail client.
