The XPS 730 H2C edition premier gaming desktop has been introduced by computer company Dell Inc (Nasdaq:DELL), providing an advanced gaming platform with support for optical quad-core processors, quad GPU graphics solutions and up to four hard drives.
The XPS 730 offers the new NVIDIA nforce 790i Ultra SLI chipset with standard ATX motherboard; optional factory-overclocked Intel Core 2 Extreme processors and Corsair DOMINATOR DDR3 memory; and support for various high performance graphics solutions, including the ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 in four-way CrossFireX or NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT with SLI technology; along with up to four hard drives factory installed, supporting high performance RAID arrays.

Dell said the XPS 730 features 1920x1200 resolution, 30+ FPS with Quad Graphics; enhanced optional H2C cooling solution; a choice of painted anodised aluminium H2C chassis or silver brushed aluminium air-cooled chassis with optional X-View clear panel for under-the-hood ogling. It also offers standard ATX motherboard, 1 kilowatt 80PLUS power supply and clean cable management for easy component upgrades; large, quiet pulse width modulation (PWM) fans and support for the new Enthusiast System Architecture (ESA).
The XPS 730 is priced from USD3,999 while the XPS 730 H2C starts from USD4,999 and features a redesigned CPU coldplate, additional coldplate, lower chipset temperature, added dynamic speed control and separate fan.
