CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2001 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Business communications solutions provider Aspect Communications has launched version 4.0 of its Aspect Web Interaction web collaboration application for contact centres.
Once installed, Aspect Web Interaction 4.0 provides call centres with a method of reducing abandoned transactions by letting representatives offer consumers assistance in completing an online purchase. In addition to voice communication, customers and call centre agents may show each other information online.
