Corporate IT Update, May 31, 2001

CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2001 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

The US-British information systems developer Experian has launched its Truvue customer data linkage software in the UK.

The new system provides companies with a single view of every customer by integrating data from disparate sources. This means that when customers contact a firm, they are immediately recognised and the firm can provide them with a personalised service. The same customer view is also delivered to all parts of the firm for every possible customer interaction.

Availability and pricing were not revealed.
