The US-British information systems developer Experian has launched its Truvue customer data linkage software in the UK.
The new system provides companies with a single view of every customer by integrating data from disparate sources. This means that when customers contact a firm, they are immediately recognised and the firm can provide them with a personalised service. The same customer view is also delivered to all parts of the firm for every possible customer interaction.
Availability and pricing were not revealed.
