Storage solutions provider Overland Storage Inc has released its PowerLoader automated tape backup solution.
The new offering comes in a one-drive or two-drive model and in either a rackmount or tabletop version. Features present in PowerLoader include dual-drive support, a barcode scanner, a tape magazine, interactive user control, display panel and web-based monitoring.
PowerLoader is intended primarily for use with workgroup servers and networks.
No pricing information was disclosed.
