CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2003 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Microsoft Business Solutions has announced the immediate availability of version 1.2 of its Microsoft Business Solutions Customer Relationship Management product in 47 locations worldwide.
The new offering is built using Microsoft '.NET' technology and is designed to enable companies to implement collaborative CRM operations. The company claims that version 1.2 is intended for use by small to medium businesses with between 25 and 1,000 employees or for departments or divisions of large organisations.
No pricing details were revealed.
