Business communications provider Inter-Tel has announced the immediate availability of System Manager, a product that is designed to provide a single view of a company's communications network.
The new release can help managers make changes to system configuration, prevent potential bottlenecks and trouble shoot problems. Network managers can diagnose problems at individual nodes without the need to visit them, saving time and providing greater control over the network. System Manager can also send out regular e-mail alerts and predefined reports to network managers.

System Manager is designed to be used with Inter-Tel's Axxess communications platform and is accessed via a single web-based client interface.
