Remedy upgrades its quality management product

Service management software solutions provider Remedy has launched version 5.0 of its Remedy Quality Management product for its customer service and support product suite.

The new release is designed to enable companies to manage the identification and resolution of product and service issues that could have a detrimental effect on customer satisfaction. New aspects of version 5.0 include role-based consoles, Remedy Flashboards integrations and support for Corrective Action Requests to help identification and correction of service.

The cost of Remedy Quality Management 5.0 was not revealed.
