IBM signs USD935,000 services agreement with ASP Pisa

CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Computer company IBM (NYSE:IBM) has been selected by ASP Pisa, a financial application services provider and Pisa Group company, to provide management and integration services for its ERP, database and core banking processes.

IBM will manage all hardware, software and integration for ASP Pisa under the terms of the agreement, which is valued at USD935,000 and was signed by the companies last month.

ASP Pisa provides software application services to small and medium-sized Mexican financial organisations such as banks and credit unions. Its services are used for managing processes such as accounting, credit, investments, savings, authority reporting, anti-money laundering and operations control.
