eGain Communications Corporation (OTCBB:EGAN.OB), which provides customer service and contact centre software that enables companies to build customer interaction hubs, announced on 20 April that a strategic partnership has been signed with Consilium Software, to provide implementation, support and training services around the company's software for customer service management and resell it to the Asia Pacific Market.
Consilium Software is headquartered in Singapore and India. As a Premier Certified Partner for Cisco, it distributes and provides support, training and implementation services around Cisco's unified contact centre suites for the enterprise and mid-market segments, which include OEM versions of eGain software.
