CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Pegasystems Inc (NASDAQ: PEGA), a company that provides Business Process Management (BPM) software, introduced on 21 October the new Federated Business Frameworks for its SmartBPM Suite.
The new frameworks include Integrated Work Manager, which creates a work list for participants and managers to work across multiple SmartBPM applications; Business Information Exchange, which pulls information from multiple SmartBPM applications into business intelligence systems and produces integrated process reporting; Virtual Enterprise Repository, a central repository for multiple SmartBPM applications; and Autonomic Event Services with new support for multi-cluster deployment.
