CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2009 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Onstream Media Corporation (Nasdaq:ONSM), an on-line service provider of live and on-demand Internet video, announced on Thursday (5 March) it has signed a Master Agency Agreement between its Infinite Conferencing Division and Presidio Networked Solutions Inc, a provider of business enablement and telecomms solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, Presidio is to sell Infinite's suite of conferencing and collaboration services, including audio, web, webcasting and desktop video. The agreement allows the company to offer its customers a single source for all of their business enablement services and rich media conferencing needs and to help Infinite expand into new markets.

Presidio's ability to help Infinity reach new customers and market segments will be advantageous to its sales efforts, Onstream Media said.
The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
