Time Warner Cable licensed Portal Software's Infranet customer management and billing platform to support multiple ISP choice and usage. The platform allows service providers to rapidly implement new business models by enabling multiple value-added services, specialized pricing plans and promotions that can be adjusted immediately based on market or competitive demands.

ENJOYWEB SVOD

EnjoyWeb joined Starz Encore Group's Subscription Video-On-Demand (SVOD) system deployment partners program to promote and accelerate the wide deployment of SVOD services in broadband environments. EnjoyWeb's Managed Media Delivery System enables highly secure and efficient digital media distribution by utilizing idle bandwidth in existing broadband networks through time-shifted delivery of content.

WORLDGATE ON DLA

WorldGate reached an agreement to offer its interactive service to cable systems covered by DLA's Latin American satellite footprint, beginning in 1Q 2001. The agreement will make the WorldGate Service an integral part of DLA's offering to cable operators who can offer Internet access and email capability to their subscribers through the television set.
