LOVE STORIES' 'LUCY' IS AN ORIGINAL OPTION
One girl. Five guys. That's a love story. Actually that's the story of I'm With Lucy, a movie to premiere on Starz Encore's Love Stories channel Nov. 3. The picture boasts a high-profile cast surrounding its star Monica Potter in the title role: a 20-something female looking for the ideal man. Among her suitors: David Boreanaz, Anthony LaPaglia, Henry Thomas and Gael Garcia Bernal. (Also in the cast are Harold Ramis, Robert Klein and Julie Christie.) This movie's twist is to show us Lucy's first dates with these men, then make us guess which one she'll marry. And she does marry one, creating a fairly traditional type of happy ending. The film could help give some definition to the Love Stories channel, one of Starz's many multiplex offerings.

NEW NICKELODEON SHOW IS A FRIGHT
Just in time for Halloween, Nickelodeon is premiering a reality show that focuses on ghost stories. In Scaredy Camp, two teams of kids square off, seeking clues to the stories behind the legends of haunted summer camps. The kids are physically challenged during the day, but by night their nerve is tested as they endure creepy situations to get closer to an answer, making the show a cross between Double Dare and Fear Factor. Nick usually knows what kids want, so this show has a ghost of a chance.
