Robert P. May to interim president and CEO; he has been a director of Charter's board since 2004 and serves as chairman of the board of HealthSouth Corp. He succeeds Carl Vogel, who resigned as president and CEO.

Dennis Peck to director of technical operations, Comcast Southern division, from area director of technical operations for Comcast in Alabama and Mississippi.
