USA Networks is increasing its interest in online travel site Expedia. USA said it will spend $47 million, or $50.17 a share, for 936,815 shares of Expedia, increasing its economic stake to 64.9%. It continues to hold 94.9% of Expedia's voting interest. Expedia will use the infusion to pay down existing debt related to its purchase of Classic Custom Vacations.
