> Arena Holding, an Italian group active in the frozen and fresh food sector through its subsidiary Pollo Arena, has acquired Nova Surgelati from the Sopaf group for Lit55bn ([euro]28.4m), combining the operations of the two food companies for annual revenues expected to reach Lit500bn a year.
