Eurofood, Jan 17, 2002

Kitchen Range Foods, one of the UK's leading frozen food manufacturers has centralised its production facilities, moving its operation from Bar Hill to modern sophisticated sites at Peterborough and Huntingdon.

The 25-year lease on the Bar Hill site had expired.

Production of Mini Doughnuts will move to Peterborough, and vegetable products will from April 2002 be produced at Kitchen Range Foods' site in Huntingdon.

Phil Marsden, operations director at Kitchen Range Foods said, "For the past 25 years, Bar Hill has fulfilled our needs. However, we have now outgrown this site and have the opportunity to centralise operations using our own state of the art facilities."
