Daphne's Greek Cafe, a San Diego-based. chain, offers quick fare in a comfortable Mediterranean setting. "We're all about creating and giving great value--freshly prepared, great-tasting food at affordable prices in a quite environment," says founder George Katakalidis. "You can't do that with full-service dining."
