AMISYS LLC has announced the general availability of a healthcare payer information management solution, AMISYS C/S Release 7.0. This version offers significant enhancements to previous versions, including an enrollment module, increased HIPAA readiness, streamlined main member enrollment, different plan coverage for each family member and restructured functionality for batch enrollment imports. The system also offers a new customer service module that supports call logging, workflow routing and call history. It provides integrated access to other system modules, including enrollment, claims, utilization management, premium billing, provider contacts, benefit plans and provider modules. The premium billing module has been redesigned and now features individual billing, partial month billing, long-and short-term disability billing, COBRA and enhanced payment posting.
