Anyone for seconds? - Seiko Instruments USA LTPH243 thermal printer - Brief Article - Product Announcement

Health Management Technology, Dec, 2001

Seiko Instruments USA Micro Printer Division has introduced the new LTPH243 thermal printer, offering ultra low power operation at 3-volts DC and Seiko's "EZ-OP" paper loading design. With EZ-OP, paper can be replenished by depressing a lever to remove the platen, placing the paper in position, and snapping the platen back into place. The process takes seconds and helps avoid paper jams. Designed to enhance convenience and efficiency, this thermal printer is the newest addition to the EZ-OP line of printers, which also includes 5-volt and 24-volt models.
