StorComm Inc. has announced the release of ImageACCESS Clinical Image Management System (CIMS) version 4.1. The new system features improved workflow capabilities and easier access to patient information. The system also includes Health Level Seven (HL7) standards that provide easy access to clinical images in a compliant Electronic Patient Record. There's support for high availability clustered server environments, exam archives and export/import of DICOM compatible exams to a DICOM Interchange Directory for greater system flexibility.
