Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc. announced an agreement with Saint Louis Health Sciences Center to partner in the next stages of developing Dynamic SurgiPlus, a perioperative clinical information system. The two organizations have been moving forward with preparations for testing the pre-operative evaluation phase of the system at Saint Louis University Hospital, one of 129 hospitals that are part of Tenet Healthcare Corp.

The Codman Research Group, a provider of decision support software and services completed a merger with CareMonitor, Inc. to improve medical cost management.

Computer Task Group (CTG), an information technology services company, signed a definitive agreement to acquire the stock of Elumen Solutions, Inc., a privately held consulting firm specializing in information technology services.
