Device management appliance

Health Management Technology, May, 2005

The DX matrix system is a hardened, Linux-based device management appliance that provides anytime connectivity, user access and authorization management, BOIS and system-level fault remediation, and power control via a Windows-like user interface. It offers consolidated KVM, KVM/IP, serial console, power and user administration in a single, secure solution. The DX system's additional switch layers allow administrators to add multiple servers that are monitored and controlled from the same interface, regardless of their physical connection. Utilizing user names and password authentication, its multiple layer security feature includes up to 32 user profiles for hundreds of users and four levels of user access rights for increased protection.
