It's Instrumental - Data Innovations' imExpress - Brief Article

Health Management Technology, Sept, 2001

Data Innovations has launched imExpress a new clinical instrument connectivity application, imExpress uses the control panel and setup wizard concept to connect and control instruments. It translates results into CDF files (a standardized text format) and stores those files into a specified folder location on a local or network PC. The system operates on a Windows 95/98/NT platform and will support Windows 2000. It has the ability to communicate via TCP/IP, supporting network ready instruments or terminal servers connecting serial instruments on an existing network, imExpress can also communicate through a COM port, allowing multiple instrument connections using serial expansion boards with a PC.
