Greg Anderson partner, management consulting, leads Deloitte & Touche LLP Health Systems' Center of Expertise. Bases in Costs Mesa, Calif., the HSCOE provides information systems planning and integration consulting services to healthcare providers, payers and managed-care organizations. Anderson has more than 12 years experience consulting to healthcare organizations, including leading health maintenance organizations, health plans, hospitals and medical groups. His areas of expertise are reengineering, strategic information systems planning, system definition, design, selection and implementation management as well as data processing contract review and negotiation. Before joining Deloitte & Touche LLP, Anderson was a partner with The Warner Group, Woodland Hills, Calif.

Brad Armstrong, senior manager, management consulting is a founding member of the Deloitte & Touche LLP Health Systems Center of Expertise. With more than 10 years experience in managed care, he has consulted to a variety of health maintenance organizations, providers and integrated delivery systems. His areas of expertise are reengineering, systems design and planning, as well as applying technology to operations improvement. At the 1993 Information Technology Symposium, he received the Award of Excellence for a Technical Paper. Before joining Deloitte & Touche LLP, Armstrong directed the healthcare and insurance systems consulting practice at The Warner Group.
