DR. KEITH D. PARKER has been named associate dean of graduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Most recently, he was assistant dean of graduate studies. Parker earned a bachelor's in psychology and sociology from Delta State University and a master's and doctorate in sociology, both from Mississippi State University.
