DR. THELMA SCOTT-SKILLMAN is the new president of Folsom Lake College in California. Scott-Skillman has-served in four colleges and the California Community College System office. Scott-Skillman earned a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in counseling, both from California State University-Hayward, and a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
