DR. SHANTUAN A. COLEMAN has joined Texas A&M University with dual responsibilities as associate director of education development in the college of engineering and as assistant director of the university system minority programs. She earned a bachelor's from Prairie View A&M University, a master's from Capella University and a doctorate from Texas A&M University.
