> DR. MILDRED GARCIA has been selected to lead Berkeley College's five campuses in New York and New Jersey. Currently, Garcia is vice provost for academic personnel at Arizona State University. Garcia earned a bachelor's from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York, master's degrees from Columbia University and New York University, and a doctorate from Columbia University Teachers College.
